Refunds
We will accept back for refund or credit any goods purchased from use within 28 days, as long as the items are in their original unopened packaging and with a valid till receipt or invoice. The only exception is paper bagged Cement & Plaster, we will not be able to accept back in to stock.
If goods are returned after 28 days it will be at our discretion whether we give a refund in the form of a credit note.
We will not accept any goods back without a valid till receipt or invoice. Any goods that have been cut will not be acceptable back for a refund or credit even if return within 28 days.
We will not refund or credit any goods that have been specially ordered or custom made, unless the manufacturer has agreed to the return and only then with a 40% restocking charge.
This does not affect your statutory rights under the Sales of Goods Act 1972.
Faulty Goods
We shall be given reasonable time in which to either replace or repair any item which is found to be faulty within 6 months of purchase. A refund will only be given if replacement or repair is unavailable.
After 6 months goods will be returned to manufacturer for inspection to ascertain whether goods are faulty due to manufacture or incorrect use.
